Hello all! If you are a frequent IBC attendee, then you'll know that we spend a great deal of time trying to reserve specific delegate-only tours for our audience, so that our colleagues may go out and enjoy our host location together while at the IBC.
This year, there is a specific deadline of 14 July to sign up for these IBC delegate-specific tours. This deadline is fast approaching! And based on the current number of sign-ups, our tour vendor has indicated that all but one tour is below the minimum sign-up threshold. If there is a specific tour that you are quite interested in, please take action this weekend and sign up for your favorite. Next Monday, any tours below the minimum will be cancelled by the vendor.
Note that the Wednesday evening dinner cruise WILL be held as scheduled (this is the one tour that has met the minimum requirement). However, there are also still seats available for that event. If you were unable to reserve a ticket to this year's awards dinner, we would recommend that you consider this option.
Those signing up for a tour that is eventually cancelled will be notified by the vendor. Thanks for your attention, and we look forward to you joining us for a tour on Thursday afternoon, 16 July!
