- Poster Presentation
-
- Your poster is an effective ‘Visual Communication Tool,‘ to explain your message. Included in this documentation are helpful instructions to assist in preparing for your poster presentation. Following these guidelines will make this experience more rewarding and enjoyable for you, as well as for the conference delegates
- Poster Preparations
o An effective poster is focused on a single message.
o Posters should be clear and easy to read. Font size should be sufficiently large to allow people to read from two to three meters away. Use plain language, avoid jargon and acronyms. Use an active voice.
o Use only two or three colors for maximum effect.
o The presentation must cover the same material as the abstract submitted.
o Avoid overload! Too much information seriously distracts from the overall impact. Less is best!
o Profile your work as well as provide an effective summary of your findings. It should be able to stand alone.
o State your results/conclusions/recommendations in a straightforward manner.
Conflict of Interest
Please ensure conflict of interest disclosure is clearly presented on your poster

· Poster Q/A Session
- PS.01 will take place on Monday, 13 July from 17:00 – 18:30
- We ask that poster presenters stand by their posters during this timeslot to answer questions and present their work.
- Posters should be self-explanatory, so that you are free to supplement and discuss any points of inquiry. The poster session provides a more intimate forum for discussion than an oral presentation. This becomes difficult if you are obliged to devote most of your time explaining your poster to a succession of visitors.
For those wanting to print a poster in Korea, we have partnered with Foster for seamless printing and delivery.
